I gave this item 4 stars for a very particular reason. I do love these glasses but mine came with a blemish and the stickers on the actual lenses left an impression despite many cleanings, even with isopropyl alcohol. They are very dark and I used them for my entire one week trip on Hawaii and for a few weeks in Vegas. I currently still use them as my main sunglasses while driving in the nuclear heat of the Texas sun. They are very comfortable and light weight.Furthermore, if you've got a giant head like I do, they fit fantastically. Honestly, many times I've every bought sunglasses they were too tight for my head, but these are spring loaded for comfort and have give to them.Additionally, if you have issues with nose/bridge fitment, since this is made by an Asian company, you'll have no issues with that on these sets of glasses. They sit very comfortably on my nose/face for hours. Definitely pick these up when they're on sale, but do buy them if you just need something inexpensive that you won't be afraid to break or toss around.I loved these glasses when I first got them - adjustable nose pad, metal frame, medium tint, reflective, etc. I like the way they look and they fit my average head snuggly enough I don't worry about losing them, but they don't pinch over time.HOWEVER, I take good care of my glasses and the reflective coating chipped in less than a month. It's not a long scratch, but a tiny near-circular flake that is missing. Three months in and I have a dozen of them. I'd love to buy another pair, but I probably will not as I expect they'll suffer the same fate.Tip: don't leave these in the sun when you're not wearing them (car dashboard, etc) they can feel QUITE hot when you put them of your face.note to manufacturer: the adjustable nose piece is reflective (silver metal). This is visible to the wearer in bright sunlight and distracting - it should be black like the rest of the frames.Overall I was pleased with them. However I soon found that the frames are the only aluminum part and the metal that rests on the nose is made of some other metal and apparently one that contains nickel since it caused a rapid breakout that lasted for days. Pretty bummed since I liked the look of them but I had to toss em. Be careful if you have a nickel allergy since it'll hit you,, even though the plastic cover on the nose rest things.Poor frame construction. Glass jiggles (loose) in frame if you turn your head. Hinge and accessories are solid though.Quality for the cost is spot on. There’s some minor distortion in the lenses. But for $20 you can’t beat itThey are small and don’t fit a large, men’s head very well.Edit: the company sent me another pair of glasses to make it right. It’s a good company.I'm sorry but these are pretty bad. The metal frame is constructed well, but that's all the good I can say about them. The lense barely have any tint to them, so much so that I had to squint (almost to the level I would if I didn't have them on) while wearing them. The other thing that is super annoying is the holder for the nose piece. It is made of a shiny metal. Since the glasses don't block the light very well, the holder reflects back off the inside of the lenses. It very distracting and annoying to constantly see a shiny reflection everywhere you go.After looking at these and trying to use them, I can’t seem to find much that I like about them. The lenses have a serious issue staying in. Cleaning them lightly is enough to knock both lenses out of the frames. I love having to worry if the lenses are going to fall out while I’m walking. The next is the frames. The carbon fiberish design on the side is already starting to peel off. Not to mention it looks as though it came with dents and scratches. Finally the nose piece is terribly uncomfortable and seems oddly placed when you wear them. I really enjoy Merrys sunglasses but wow this one is possibly the worst they have made. If I could give it a half star I would have.Absolutely rubbish!! Took these for my holiday to Mexico and after cleaning with the cloth provided the reflective coating came off in few places.Seem okay quality. You get quite a bit of stuff included as extras for the price. Not the most comfortable sitting on the nose/ears, but not the least comfortable either.Amazing glasses well built and really cheap... Was amazed at the quality of these sunglasses owning a few high end brand sunglasses the quality of these merry glasses is amazing some sort of metal frame with really amazing polarised glass..... For the price they're just worth trying out.... Unbiased reviewVery well made and good value for moneyGreat stuff used it last summer, great price compare to brand name
