Bought these for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves them. They are official!Ray ban simply one of the best on the market. Quality frame and excellent fitOkLooking for the real 2 tone look, this color selection is not it but I am keeping them. Very light, clears out glare and look great.I returned these because they looked way too small (lens size) and I decided to buy them in person from an authorized dealer. Yes, I paid more but tried them on in person and tried several before finding the right pair for me.Muy cómodo. Me encantaThe sunglasses were just what I expected. They are light weight and do a great job of blocking the sun.It's been a while since I purchased these sunglasses, but I just now feel up to telling the story that must accompany my review of them:I'm an amateur pilot (I was still in training really) and I still had 3 months before I'm due to get my license. I had my own plane, a Piper Saratoga, that I inherited from my late uncle, which was the reason I decided to get my pilot's license in the first place. So one day I'm hanging out with my friends at our place in Martha's Vineyard. It was July 16th 1999, and it was a beautiful day out. We were playing horseshoes out back, when my buddy Leonard get's a call from his girl Nicole in Jersey, (You may know her as Snooki, this was back before she was famous) asking us to come see the movie Tarzan, that had just come out a few days prior. So he's begging me to fly him to Essex County Airport because he thinks Tarzan is going to get her in the mood for some action (this was back before she was fat.) I tell him no, I can't, I'm not licensed to fly solo. He won't give up, and points out the brand new Ray-Ban Aviators that I just purchased earlier that week. He was all, "How you gonna wear aviators and not use them for aviating bra?" Finally I relented, putting my faith in the advantage I assumed the Ray-Bans would give me.I managed the takeoff ok, and we were flying over the bay towards the Rhode Island coast when out of NOWHERE this plane that looks just like mine comes RIGHT AT US. The Ray-Bans didn't help me see it coming at all! I jerk the stick to the right, and I thought I missed him when I feel the plane smack into his. All the dials just start spinning like crazy, and I'm trying to level the plane out and my boys are all yelling at me "What's going on?!" And I'm like "I don't know, this thing's got more dials and gauges than a darn power plant!" By the time we calmed down and got back on our flight path, we couldn't see the other plane at all. To this day I'm not sure what happened to that other plane. I was scared to report it because flying without a license would get me in serious trouble, and I can't help but think that the collision could have been caused by me not checking in with air traffic control on takeoff.We made it to Jersey ok without any further incident. I couldn't even tell that there was anything wrong with my plane. We saw Tarzan with Snooki, it was pretty terrible (what ever happened to Brendan Fraser anyway?) but I actually ended up hooking up with Snooki, which I thought was pretty awesome. Mi perplime anche la qualità che mi fa pensare a un falso in piena regola.Insomma, se non volete avvelenarvi la giornata e rispedire indietro un pacco che polverizzereste con un batticarne dopo i primi 10 secondi dall'apertura dell'incarto cercate altrove! Trattasi di PACCOI am surprised and angry to see that how come this product has got so many positive reviews, Its fake not even worth more then £10 . FAKE FAKE FAKE . Stay Away !These glasses are very Different to my Ray Ban aviators which I know are genuine. The ones I returned to Amazon were very light and just didn’t feel right. My genuine glasses are marked “Ray Ban” I on the nose bridge supports and on the glasses arms and embedded into the the bits that go over both ears. In my opinion the glasses I bought on Amazon were very sub standard and I was greatly disappointed they were bought for a holiday my other ray bans have scratched lensesI have several (many) pairs of RayBan - including this exact style, colour and lense. These are very different… no certificate of authenticity. If they are original (they have the arms marked and lenses are etched) the quality has dropped off a cliff. Returned as the box was also crushed and lenses were filthy (used??).The product supplied matches the description in the blurb (Brown Gradient Dark Brown) but NOT the photos OR the main description, which clearly illustrate and describe gold-framed sunglasses with mirrored lenses.On the plus side, this is a genuine Ray-Ban product with an accompanying case and actually looks nicer than the illustrated model. So why are Amazon deliberately using an incorrect photo and description?
